Meet The Instructor: Deb Willey
Deb Willey brings her love of health, dance, and movement to the Dance Me family. A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for 44 years, Debbie is also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), a Certified Balletone Instructor, and a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist. She has completed advanced coursework in Pilates as Therapeutic Exercise and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Her Pilates Fusion class is predominantly Pilates mat work-colored with shades of yoga, ballet, and strength, and balance training. Pilates Fusion is offered on a session basis.
