What to Expect for Recital Costs
Every June Dance Me puts on our Annual dance recital. This is a very exciting time for our students and teachers as they get to display what they have all been working so hard on all year. Families come in support of their loved ones and enjoy the show that we work so hard to coordinate and make as perfect as possible!
Of course, there is a small cost that goes with this. We want you to be well aware of what to expect so please read on!
In the fall we collect a costume deposit. This is a one time fee of $25 that will be applied to the total costume fee. Because of the large cost of these costumes as a whole, we are not able to order costumes that have not been paid for yet. Please be sure your payments are on time! Also, please be aware that costumes are non-refundable. Costume companies do not refund us which means we can not refund you. We purchase these on behalf of each dancer. This is not a profit for our studio.
Typically costumes cost about $70-$100 for a 2 in 1 combo costume. For classes beyond combo classes, we try to keep costs down by ordering clearance or making costumes ourselves, etc. We do our best to keep dance affordable so students can take as many classes as possible! Tights are usually included for Kindy/1st Level and under. Blue level and up will need to purchase necessary tights if a new pair is needed.
Of course all students need to have the correct shoes but these are required for class as well so they should already have them!
In addition, recital tickets are sold typically between April and June. Every attendee must have a ticket to the show. Typically tickets cost $13-$16, but this is subject to change each year.
All additional costs are optional. These additional costs include recital t-shirts, DVD/USB, flowers, etc.

New Student Registration Fee = $25
Current Student Registration Fee = $10
Current Students Register before July 24th to waive the registration fee!
Late Fees
Late Fee = Tuition is due by 1st class of month - $10 added if 3 weeks past that date.
We encourage everyone to be on auto-pay to avoid late fees!

Please note that our monthly pricing is based on a full year tuition divided by a 10 month school year (September through June). Monthly Pricing is the same whether we have a full month of classes or not. Thank you for your understanding.
